I do on occasion get requests to bake cakes. This time it was for a group of 20-30 people so I did two tray bake cakes. I went for my two favourite flavours: carrot cake and chocolate guinness cake!

Birthday biscuits
Dear all,
It's time for another round of brother birthday bakes!
My brother had been sending me pictures of cakes and biscuits he had found online which made us all drool. As a gift I thought I would recreate some of the bakes he sent me and present him with a big cookie jar full of them!
