Pumpkin Crumble

Dear all,

I'm doing a little bit of throwback Wednesday here. In honour of my foodie friend who is cutting back on (refined) sugar, I made a 'healthy' pumpkin crumble a while ago. The crumble topping had lots of nuts and oats and things in it and I used palm sugar rather than regular sugar.



It was so tasty I don't have a picture of the finished product. Instead I will share a picture of my friend's delicious saoto soup which was the main course that day!!
