Bulgur Wheat dinner

Dear all,

Another experiment: bulgur wheat! I'm trying out all these new grains and loving them. I made it couscous style and it tasted great, although it was still a little too sticky for my liking (will have to try different preparation methods to find one I like!).



Bulghar weat with roast pumpkin, roasted red pepper, spinach, and feta cheese. Delicious!
