This week I present you with: the apple crumble... PIE. Yes! Two desserts in one, doesn't get better than that, surely!
Hmm the classic combination of apple and raisins! Looks like a regular pie, and then you add crumble topping to it. My crumble wasn't so much crumble as just pastry, so I crumbled it myself, creating a rougher look.
Now tell me that doesn't look good?
And the close up. The crumble topping didn't taste as much like crumble as it could have, but it was still pretty tasty! Next time I will just use my trusty traditional crumble recipe for the topping. Now enjoy!
