Moussaka

Dear all,

As far as impromptu dinners go, moussaka has it's pros and cons. Pro: it's amazing. con: it takes a long time to make which leads to pre-dinner snacking on olives, hummus and turkish bread (also delicious mind you). And then when it's finally done, not a lot of picture taking happens. Even so, here is my first ever moussake, with extra feta and mozarella on top (because why not!?).
