This was another case of FOOD FOOD FOOD must eat no time for pictures. Luckily I got two in!
This was Shepherd's pie with a twist: potato and parsnip mash with turmeric. SO, SO good. Better than the traditional version, come autumn/winter I will definitely make it again!
