Carrot cake is a well-known thing. You've seen me make a parsnip cake. This time it's the courgette's turn~! Very similar to a carrot cake in many ways, this courgette loaf cake was covered in an orange cream cheese icing:
For a bit of added flavour there was orange rind in the cake as well.
All in all a great cake! Not particularly special, but a great way to use up some courgette ^^
