My friend makes the BEST dakgalbi, spicy grilled chicken with vegetables (korean style). She has made it for me twice now, on a Friday night, after coming home from a long day at work. It is the best thing ever at times like that. Paired with some korean liquor (makgeolli or soju) and my Friday night is complete!


She makes two versions, one with and one without cheese. See the cheese version below.

It definitely adds something, I think the cheese version has my preference!

Dakgalbi, rice, kimchi, makgeolli - perfect night!
