I've been having a lot of Korean food lately - it is just so good!! Another friend of mine made these cold noodles in soy milk, I forget the name, but not the flavour. Fascinatingly good!

So above are a few of the ingredients we needed, improvised as we were limited to ingredients we could easily get from a Dutch supermarket.


And then then finished dish! Soba noodles in soy milk (to which we added a mix of ground nuts and sesame seeds), with smoked chicken, cucumber and tomato. It was an absolutely lovely summer dish!
