I have periods where I do a lot of cooking/baking, and then there's periods where nothing much special happens. In the busy periods I sometimes accidentally miss out on posting a cake, and this is one of them, I think. If I've posted it before, think of it as a friendly reminder of how awesome this cake is. It's not very fancy to look at, but tastes oh so good. Lovely combination, this chocolate and ginger business!!
